Options for Distance Learning

I'm a recent graduate and am considering different options for an online masters program in entomology. I've seen that both UNL and University of Florida have online degree programs. Are there others? Does anyone know how these universities' programs differ in content, expense, difficulty, etc.? Thanks for your help!David

Distance Education Student

I am currently enrolled in entomology classes from UNL and love them. The most difficult thing about taking graduate courses on line is the cost. Most graduate work is taken care of through assistantships or research with faculty members. There are no scholarships available that I am aware of for students. This might be a point for further discussion. There is little opportunity to get to know others in the field of entomology or to do field work. A Scarab Course was advertised on UNL's website…
